Mark has been a qualified solicitor since 1994 and has a wealth of experience. Mark acts on behalf of a number of property owners with rural estates and commercial property portfolios and has substantial experience in dealing with commercial property transactions and complex rural property issues, with particular emphasis on easements and covenants.
Mark also acts for clients in the sale and acquisition of small businesses and divorce proceedings and has been involved in a number of high value divorce cases.

Chris was appointed in April 2012 after having been with us for several months acting as maternity cover.
He has been qualified since 2001 and will be looking after Wills and Probate, Elderly Client matters and tax planning although his experience also covers residential and commercial conveyancing.

Naomi has 17 years experience of working in family law spcialising in divorce and financial cases for married and unmarried couples. Naomi is collaboratively trained , a member of Resolution and an accredited specialist in children law - disputes between parents or relatives and complex financial and property matters - low to medium income households. We have a small dedicated conveyancing department which is overseen by Mark Warcup and also employing Ashlynne Butler and Katherine Edridge, both qualified conveyancers with many years experience between them.
Ashlynne has been with Warcup Law Firm, and previously Mark's former firm, for 12 years. She has worked herself up from office junior and is now a qualified Specialist Paralegal, handling her own caseload of domestic sales and purchases.
Ashlynne has had training in the preparation of Wills and assists Chris with Will drafting. She is currently studying to qualify as a Legal Executive.
Katherine has been with Warcup Law Firm, and previously Mark's former firm, for 5 years and has also gained her Specialist Paralegal qualification.
She too has her own caseload of domestic sales and purchases and also carries out debt recovery work. Katherine is also currently studying to qualify as a Legal Executive.
Caroline is on the front line in the office reception, greeting our clients, making appointments and answering the telephone. She also carries out a myriad of other duties as and when required.
Lesley is the longest serving member of the team having started with Mark's former firm in 1998 as his secretary. Lesley still occupies this position and brings such a great depth of knowledge from her many years of service.
Fiona is Christopher's secretary with many years legal experience. She is responsible for assisting Christopher on all of his files whether this is through general secretarial duties or dealing with clients and organisations directly.
Jane is the accounts manager and responsible for overseeing the general office management.
Sophy started with us as an Office Junior in 2015 after finishing her A' Levels. She is already working her way up the firm and now assists full time in the conveyancing department.
