Admin Assistant – Apprenticeship

Monday - Friday: 9am to 5pm

We are a Private Law Firm dealing mainly with Conveyancing, Family Matters and Wills and are looking for committed team players to join our Administration Team and support the growth of our company. With this in mind we are looking for the skills, personality and character to deliver efficient administration support. This is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to begin a career within a professional organisation and gain a recognised qualification.

You will be part of our busy administration team and will be required to show the commitment and enthusiasm to progress within the company. The key responsibilities of the apprenticeship role are outlined below:

  • Dealing with the daily post, scanning and allocating
  • Delivering Faxes
  • Reception Duties
  • Filing and Photocopying
  • Archiving
  • Tea Making
