We are seeking to recruit a legal secretary. Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience of dealing with family & matrimonial matters but candidates with experience of dealing with conveyancing and/or wills and probate would be considered.
The successful candidate will offer support to a solicitor working in this area of the practice and be required to effectively and efficiently deal with all administrative matters relating to this area of the practice and fully support the solicitor working within this area. The Solicitor works 3 days a week so 2-3 days are ideal. This position would also suit a Law student studying part-time.
The salary will be dependent on experience.

Solicitor/Legal Executive – Family Law
The Family department at Warcup Law Firm are seeking to recruit an experienced family law Solicitor/Legal Executive on a part time basis to handle a varied and interesting caseload on a private paying basis.
The firm provide a full coverage of Family law service at a private level and need a Family lawyer with broad experience in the area to further develop the case load.
Essential Skills: You will be highly organised, accurate, proactive and committed to meeting deadlines. This is a client facing role so excellent all round communication skills are essential. In order to be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in family law. You must be able to demonstrate a high level of competence and undertake work with minimal supervision. You will be committed to delivering a strong client-focused service.
