Sarah Bowes

Wills & Probate

Sarah qualified as a Solicitor in 2010 and specialises in advising families about Wills, Trusts, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and issues concerning mental capacity and care.

As well as being an experienced Solicitor, Sarah is also a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and holds a STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates. STEP is a leading worldwide professional body for Practitioners specialising in this area, with full members of STEP being recognized as the most experienced and senior Practitioners in their field. Sarah is therefore extremely well placed to support Executors and Trustees in dealing with the administration of complex Estates and Trusts, and to provide advice to those wanting to minimize their Inheritance Tax liability and plan for the passing of their assets to the next generation.

The approach that Sarah offers is highly personalised, with her taking her time to get to know her clients so that advice is tailored specifically to their unique situation and needs.  As addressing legal issues is often only one part of the bigger picture, Sarah routinely collaborates with professionals in other disciplines, such as Accountants and Financial Advisors, to make sure that her clients receive an holistic service and are able to lay the best possible foundations, legally and financially, for themselves and their families in the years to come.
